Of current Test bowlers, what two significant things do the two bowlers who have taken the most Test wickets against Australia have in common?
18/3/10 Hint - what is the chink in Warne's bowling record?
19/3/10 8:30am - Rod Pryor has found the right answer, so it's possible. The point is still available.
Okay, so the stunning and significant remaining thing Harbajan and Murali have in common is their failure to be successful in Australia. Both have stunning records whose sore thumb is Australia (just as Warne was a failure on the subcontinent). Well done Rod, who eventually worked it out. Not every question will be a simple Google job! I win a point for the first time.

reverse swing?
aorry. forgot the 2nd one. good bouncer?
Harbhajan Singh and Muttiah Muralitharan are both off-spin bowlers and both have dubious actions, one more so than the other.
Murali and Harbhajan Singh?
Both cited for 'chucking', both are off spinners, both hail from the subcontinent. Depends which of those you call significant I suppose?
Okay. For the sake of those that follow (no second bites at the Kookaburra chaps) Rod and Jack have got the bowlers right and one of the significant things (you'll have to guess which one and then add the other).
No points yet.
Muralidaran, and Singh. The two leading wicket takers in test cricket. Both cited for chucking
No, that's not it.
You kick yourself. It's obvious and its to do with their playing record.
I reckon being the two leading wicket takers in test cricket IS reasonably significant... the questions is open to interpretation...I meant not just against Australia, against everyone...
For starters, they are not the two leading wicket takers in Test cricket. Yes, the question is open for interpretation ... but no one has interpreted it yet. It doesn't hurt to have to answer without Google or Cricinfo occasionaly.
Both are spinners but both have something in common in their performances against Australia which is common knowledge and has been spoken of in the press often. Get out of the forest so you can see the trees.
